We have just returned from a fabulous 5 night stay at
la-boisseliere with our 5 year old granddaughter chloe. Your tastefully furnished home made it a 'real home from home' holiday. Lorraine you looked after us all so well, your supper was scrummy and breakfast daily was lovely.
We managed to see quite a lot in the area, but have left plenty for next time, which we hope will be quite soon.
Your boys George and Charlie was a deligth, what a credit to you and Huw. Thank you once again for a great stay, especially getting up so early to see us off with breakfast on our last day.

Thank you for looking after and pampering us so well. We really enjoyed our second stay with you and to experience french country living with a pool was fantastic. Our children enjoyed themselves too! Drinking in the view was especially nice, Everything was just perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Boisseliere. Lorraine and Huw - you are excellent hosts, the location and accomadation are superb with a fantastic view and the kids just had a great time running around the field and playing with Charlie and George. The two evening meals we had with you were excellent and whilst we love trying out the local restaurants, it's fab to know that you can "stay home" and experience such good quality! We're looking forward to a return visit sometime soon to try out that plunge pool!!!......thanks again. Ian & Caroline

We can't recommend a stay at La Boisseliere highly enough. Huw and Lorraine are the perfect hosts. We were treated to lovely fresh home cooked food - including fresh eggs from the Spice Girls - the lovely hens!! The accommodation is stunning and the setting is perfect - especially on a sunny evening with a chilled beer in your hand!! It far exceeded our expectations - we can't wait for our return visit later in the year.

So friendly, so nice. Wonderful family atmosphere. Delicious food. So comfortable. Slept like logs. (Or did that have somethng to do with the bottle of wine with each dinner?) Great place, even in February, and perfect for older people such as us. In fact we are now convinced we are going to move to the Vendee - so that Huw, Lorraine, Charlie and George will be meeting us as locals, just as soon as it can be arranged. But we will be visiting to stay at La Boisseliere again soon, in the next stage of our house hunt. There could not be any nicer place to stay. (Niki says that the beauty therapy thing was great too!)

We had a lovely time during our visit in September. We couldn't believe how warm the weather was for late September. We loved the views and watching the sun set over th fields in the evenings. The cheap wine was a bonus as well!!
